Ivan Kane's Forty Deuce Las Vegas nightclub in the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino is even sexier and more soulful than the original in glamorous Hollywood, if that's possible. Walk into the smoke-stained brick, wood-paneled bar and feel immediately transported to old-school Times Square, New York.
