Renowned restaurateurs and partners in all three Japonais properties, Miae Lim, Rick Wahlstedt and Jeffrey Beers (also the restaurant’s designer) have joined forces with The Mirage to open a Japonais outpost in one the country’s most thriving culinary cities.
